At Go Sundarban Tour, we strive to keep our booking cancellation policy as fair, transparent, and traveler-friendly as possible while honoring pre-paid commitments to local boat crews, forest guides, and eco-resorts.
1. Cancellation Timeline & Refund Percentages

2. Weather Cancellations & Natural Calamities
If a tour cannot be operated due to official government storm advisories, severe river cyclone warnings, or sudden forest department shutdowns, guests are entitled to:
- Option A: 100% credit toward any future available date within 12 months without penalty.
- Option B: Full refund minus nominal administrative transaction charges.
