3. Wildlife Sightings Disclaimer

The Sundarbans National Park is an authentic, natural, and protected wilderness reserve. Sightings of wild animals, including the Royal Bengal Tiger, estuarine crocodiles, and river dolphins, cannot be guaranteed. Our experienced naturalists make every effort based on tidal tracking and pugmark signals to maximize sighting opportunities.

4. Safety & Guest Responsibility

• All guests must follow the safety instructions of the master boat captain and tour naturalist at all times.
• Life jackets are provided for all passengers and must be worn when instructed during river crossings.
• Stepping onto unauthorized river banks or into mudflats is strictly prohibited for personal safety.

5. Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

In the event of severe weather conditions, tropical cyclones (e.g. Kalbaishakhi), river navigation advisories issued by the District Administration, or government forest closures, Go Sundarban Tour reserves the right to alter itineraries or reschedule trips in the interest of passenger safety.
